I knew I was going to fail the bench the moment I unracked the empty bar. Just wasn't recovered enough from the jerks last time. Won't program them the day before a pressing day again. And I need to eat more.

Lower right hamstring bothered me on the deadlifts. Felt like it was slightly strained or something. Hopefully it gets better.
