    Front squat singles to 170 because why not

    4+1 on the last set of the bench because some random guy grabbed the bar on my last rep. Presumably, his intentions were good--but I had safeties set-up and admonished him with a loud "GO AWAY". I had to re-rack the bar and do a quick single.
