    Didn't want to work out on Monday. Didn't want to work out yesterday. Didn't want to to work out today, but that's too many days off so I went.

    160 x 7 <--it was feeling good, I probably had 8 or 9 easy. Which, again, consciously slow progress, no injuries. Repeat to myself until it sticks. Consciously slow progress, no injuries.
