    I have had consistent low back pain for years and this has solved it. Initially it caused my hip to start dislocating but cured the back. Now everything is feeling better. Stretch! I plan to go 3-4 times a month.

    My class is called Bliss Yoga and the teacher calls it "sacral" yoga, like your sacrum.

    I poked around online and didn't see anything exactly like it. It's pretty "groovy" and I'm the youngest guy there at 40. Works great though.
