Hurt my right shoulder in my last workout, pressing and holds with my arm extended of any kind have been painful to un-doable. Pulling is fine. Feels like it needs 2 or 3 more days.

Aggravated my right shoulder last time, I need to cool it I think, may be time for a mini layoff, the dings are adding up and my regular (non-training) stress is through the roof. Might just allow myself to slide into 1.5 -2 times a week for a couple weeks.
