I was really low energy and borderline light headed today. I felt creaky and weak. Might need to start eating before I lift.
That said, the weights went up pretty easily, they just felt awful. Stupid body.

Hiked with my kids for an incredibly steep 3ish miles. Did 6.5 miles in the kayak yesterday. Life is good.
One Arm Snatch <--still very popular, somebody wants to talk about them almost every day, which is fine if a little embarrassing. I half feel extremely cool and half feel super lame doing these. Too fun to quit though.
