    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Age: 46
    Height and current weight: 6’1 and 184lbs
    Nightly sleep: As much as is “allowed” by our 3+ year old son, 5-8 hours
    Daily protein intake (meat and whey): ~180g

    It’s a modified Novice 1C

    Press 115x5x3
    Pullups 8, 6, 4

    2/8/23
    Squat 145x5x3
    Bench 135x5x3
    DL 285x1x5

    2/10/23
    Squat 155x5x3
    Press 117.5x5x3
    RDL 185x5x3 w/straps

    Low probability that I “missed high” on Wednesday. I recorded by final work set today squatting 175 and I squatted far too low!

    My perception of depth needs a lot of work.

    Pullups 11, 8, 7
