I really focused on technique for presses during this session. Got through these as desired. The extra day over the weekend really boosts my recovery. Squats and deadlifts were easy enough.

Halfway milestone on squats! 3.5 plates per side :-) Nice to be benching in the 200s now; I am starting to get the other guys in the gym in my sights. Deadlifts are still getting completed without too much hassle. Not sure when I will implement the Power Clean.

Spent a great weekend with my coworker. Very romantic... I cannot divulge all of the details, but I am looking forward to this upcoming weekend! <3 <3 <3

Hard session this morning on the road. Took a few moments extra between sets and was able to complete everything.

Gym friend texted me that he is looking for help moving this weekend. Maybe I can help out while working around the plans I have with my coworker.

Good session today! I noticed that I dated my last entry wrong. Oops! So silly. Bench has been really in the groove recently.

Great weekend with the coworker. We went antique shopping and then cleaned up some local community flower beds. Afterwards, we got some of that cold slab rolled up ice cream! So yummy.

My gym buddy said my gym shorts looked too tight and offered to help me out of them. LOL, that guy is crazy!

Typo in my previous post! I deadlifted 475 today and 470 on Monday! The caffeine must have worn off!!! :-)

Seemed warmer in the gym today. I was really sweating hard by the time I was done with squats. I had to chalk my hands for press.

My coworker friend has been sick with a bad sinus infection. I've been taking soup by her place when I can. Hopefully she recovers in time for the weekend. She says that I am starting to look strong! :-P

Gym buddy also wanted to know if I was in town this weekend. He going to a bunch of dance parties for some reason. Maybe I will check one out?

Got into the gym late and missed my normal crowd, but I was able to hit my numbers successfully. Really looking forward to hitting two plates on bench!

Lots of plans this weekend! The weather should be great!!! <3

Last set of presses were a little difficult. Maybe tired from the weekend? I might slow the pace to 2.5lbs when I get to 185. Squats went well. Thank goodness I can sneak in liquid chalk for deadlifts!

Went out with the coworker this weekend. Lots of great activities! We are looking forward to the Fall and maybe some related activities. Fall is great because of extra cuddle time!

Also went out to some clubs with my gym buddy. Lots of places that looked like biker bars but no ladies around. Weird vibe.

    I messed up my log on Monday! I wrote a "B" instead of a "P". I hope there isn't any confusion! :-)

Five big plates on each side of the barbell today for ten total! Yay!!! Dropping to 2.5lb jumps on press and bench seems to be working well. Sets feel a bit easier. Going to rest up this weekend for the big day on squats.

My coworker is out of town and my gym buddy invited me out. I declined since I really want to have my sleep on point this weekend. So exciting!
