Oops! Forgot to log until today. Super busy.

Switching to 5lb increments on deadlift to be prudent.

Been a crazy week at work. Likely crazy next week as well! Hoping to keep things moving smoothly in the gym.

Gym guy asked me to a BBQ festival this weekend. I had to decline because of my prior plans with my coworker. Eating some ribs sure sounds yummy though!

Solid session. Things still seem to be progressing smoothly.

Great weekend. Things actually got a bit romantic with the coworker! That was quite a surprise. Gym guy kept texting me pictures of food from the BBQ thing saying "look at my meat". Kinda funny.

Got a lot of bouncing around to do over the next week or so. Hoping to get into the gym and train. I will update the log as appropriate.

Solid session. I was at a gym in Orlando that had all of these advertisements with "5%" on them. The dude in those ads was super jacked. I wonder who he is? Anyhow, most of the folks there were very nice. Tons of equipment and weird barbells, but at least the squat rack was open!

Finally back home for today's session. My gym buddy asked me if I had time to swing by Disney, and I told him I did not. I was in that area on official business. Feeling pretty good about training still. Getting a little hungry on occasion. Coworker and I are going out this weekend. She wants to go look at some antiques and then to a pottery show. Sounds like a fun time!

Catching up. Awesome session for this past Friday! 405 on deadlift and 135 on press. Things are still going very well.

Hit a nice milestone on squats to follow up on Friday's session. Looking forward to continued progress in the gym.

Weekend was great. Pottery show was lots of fun! We held hands a few times and had some great conversation. We went back to the car to chat some more afterwards, but then realized that we'd parked in an adult bookstore parking lot by mistake since the regular parking for the show was full. How embarrassing!

Was telling my gym pal about the pottery show and he started to go off on a tangent about how shredded Patrick Swayze was in Ghost.

Great session! I've got a while before I hit my next "plate milestone", but training is so much fun right now! I love it.

Super busy at work, but coworker and I have made plans again for the weekend. There is a local arts festival and then a drive-in theater afterwards. Should be fun.
