Thanks for the encouragement!
I am a repeat offender of getting very passionate about something, trying hard for a while and then just falling off the wagon about it. I've come to realize that not everything I want is currently possible, so something is better than nothing.
205x5 deadlift today. 2 20 second sprints with 1:40 easy rows. Need to make this harder.
Hit all GTG reps this week. Taking a full day off then back to it.
225x5 deadlift today. I have been going beltless as I thought maybe the belt was keeping me from setting my back. Turns out that isn't it. Filmed myself and I'm not setting it in conventional or sumo stance, but if I pull with a squat stance I'm good. We will see.
Also hit 3 30 second sprints with 1:00 rest rows. Sprints were 156, 157, and 151 meters.
Hit all GTG reps this past week. My schedule has been making the pushups rough.
Hit all GTG reps this week. Getting easier.
245x5 deadlift yesterday, as well as a mile run and a 500 meter row.
Deadlift I went back to normal stance. I can't set my back in the traditional fashion, instead I pull a little bit rounded and until it causes me issues that's just how it's going to be I guess. I feel zero pain or discomfort from it.
265x5 deadlift today. Didn't think my back was set well but afterwards watching the video I was pleased.
Will be finishing up my GTG reps tonight.
Did a easy 1500 meter row in 8:00 this morning and a half mile jog in 5:00.
KK deadlifted with a rounded back to spectacular effect, and as far as I know, without injuries caused thereby. Keep at it mate.
