    285x5 this week and hit all GTG reps. 400 pushups and 48 chinups.

    Also did a short run, a hike, and hit a 6:40 mile on the rower.

    Past 2 weeks hit all chinups and pushups.
    3:11 half mile on rower and 0:51 250 meter.

    When I did SS I went from 203 to 223, waist from 38.5 to 41. Now my waist is at 37.75 but my weight at 215. Pretty happy about that.
