    Still have not been able to get back in the gym trying to get caught up with life.
    Gobs of pullups chinups plus shoulder and bicep stuff last night at the house.

    I can now do overhand sets of wider grip pullups. This has never occured before.

    3rd day back to the gym today. Restarting PB. Multiple walks with the kiddos lately. Chinups and pullups have really improved. Rehabbing my squat as something weird happened with my left hamstring ish thing.
    So far this week I did chest and biceps, deadlift/squat/accessories, and shoulders and triceps.
