Feeling tired, pushed mowed for a few hours in 98 degrees.
Floor Press
50x5x4-Moved up 2.5 pounds and hit 4x5 instead of 4x6
DB Shoulder Press
30x5x4-same deal, dropped weight to improve form though. Less side lean.
Delt stuff with 15s and 10s

Last night after work I came home and hit a set of 5 continuous shoulder width chin ups. That's never happened before.

Never really felt the preworkout as much today. Definitely enough to get me ready but not a whole lot to amp me up as much. Maybe ate too much for lunch for it to have as strong of an effect?

Last night I hit a bw set of 5 chins on the monkey bars and then a triple off some eye hooks we have in the house.

Bw 198-creatine weight. Gained 6 pounds since July.
Floor Press- 4x4x55-do this weight next time at 4x6 or 5x5
Shoulder Press- 4x4x32.5-shoulders were fatigued from pressing.
Shoulder width chins-3 sets of 5 at bw! This is a big PR for me. Never done that before. A little more practice at the house and I'll start adding weight at the gym.

Squat- first set was ugly. Second set I put my belt on and it all just came back so nicely.
3x5x175-easy 10 pound jump. C4 and an apple pre workout. Got some carbs in at lunch too. 2.5 minutes between sets so still pretty easy.
Deadlift
2x4x265- Probably my last 20 pound jump. Really went up pretty fast but felt heavy and my LB is fried. 3 minutes between sets
Chins- 2.5 minutes between sets

Lower back and all feeling great today. Mid back a little stiff but only musculature.
Worked 16 hours yesterday.

Super excited about 3 plates and how easy it was once I broke it off the floor. True 1RM probably 340 or so.
Incline DB Bench
45sx8,8,6,4 90 seconds rest between because strength sets would be useless after deadlift.

Clean eating went out the window the last few days until night shift last night.
Been up for 25 hours.

3x5x195-really surprised by how strong these felt. Last meal was 6 hours ago. 3 minutes rest
It may be placebo. But approaching the bar forcefully and having a good song in my ears seems to make it easier.
Incline DB Bench-front delts have deep acheyness from attempting 1rm dips lol. Idiot.

Bwx2 close grip right after last set.
Will pull 275 for volume on Friday hopefully.
