Today is to be back and Biceps but we are going to a trampoline park this evening. Hoping it doesn't wreck me too much and I can do that session tomorrow.

Banged my right knee up pretty good at the park but not so bad I couldn't lift today.

Pretty good session this morning considering being up for 24 hours and working 13 of those.
My programming is slowly morphing. Once I run out everything I can I will go to andy's powerbuilding split or 4 day TM.

So I went ahead and bought Andy Baker's KSC for Powerbuilding. I am going to run everything in it except the way he programs progression as I feel I'm still a novice with making weekly progress on the lifts.
It will force me to squat a little more often which will be good. I think I'm missing frequency there and it's biting me.
We will name it PB, then once I become intermediate I can run full KSC. It really is not a whole lot different than BLS.

PB W1D5- 5 day split happened in 10 days. Which is pretty good for me.
High bar-liked how it felt. Haven't squatted in a little while. Started light ish.

PB W2D2 training fasted except OJ and pwo. Not normal for me.
Have to shovel dirt and mulch after this. Yikes.

Might do a top set with singles for a few weeks and then drop 20-25 percent and work in the higher rep ranges like 6-8 for a few weeks.
