I have gone through the full LP and then partway through 4 day TM. I eventually had to stop due to my work schedule, new baby, etc and was unable to get back on track.

However, my family is doing a challenge between now and Christmas.

    My challenges

    400 pushups a week
    40 chinups a week
Pull 405 by Christmas followed by 35 pushups.
One run and one row per week.
Do a full WOD with my CrossFit happy FIL.
Lose 3 belt holes on my jeans.

This is just a spot for me to log the craziness. This will not be SS friendly due to the nature of what I'll be doing.

There you are! Enjoy that new baby, brother.

    Thanks man!

Other than a quick 225x5 I haven't pulled since March. It's going to take some time bringing it back.

I've come to realize I don't have the monetary, time, and sleep resources available to me to get as big and strong as I would like to at the moment. The at the moment is key as I would love to in the future. So the goal is currently to not be a lazy slob and at least continue with some kind of exercise-not training clearly.

Ran .75 miles to the gym, hit 135x20 on deadlift, then a 2 minute HIIT on the rower. Attempted to run home but walked most of it.

Pushup update at the end of the week.

Hit my 400 pushups last week and this week. They are starting to get easier and I'm able to do more in a set.

We bought a treadmill today! Mainly for my wife as 2 young kids makes it tough to get outside when I'm not home. I hope to get some work in on it too.

Coming off of 9 days of no work. It's been great.

Managed my first week of GTG with both chinups and pushups. 40 chinups and 400 pushups a week. I hope to increase the chins to 100 over time.

Yesterday I did a 14:22 mile with the whole thing at 10 percent incline. Hope to improve that.

Also did a total of 20 chins yesterday which is far and away the most I've ever done in a day. I think this GTG thing will work just fine.
