    Default Is surfing 2-3 hours a day effecting my progress?

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    5’11 215lbs 39 years old. I’m stuck at 275x5. I surf every other day could this be affecting my progress?
    Squat is coming around though.

    From my experience, I’d say that it largely depends on how intense the currents are swimming out, because sometimes that can bet quite demanding. And then Of course, how intense the surf itself is and how long you are surfing.
