Medium Distance - 4 mi
Still sore as hell from Tuesday night's adventure - once I warm up it's fine, but still kind of a drag. Rolling out and medication is definitely helping. Otherwise doing well - no joint pain, unbearable fatigue, or further unconsciousness so adapt and overcome is the order of the day.

Long Distance: 10 mi
Great run, hit some hills and just generally had fun. You need days like today to make the training worth it.
