    Right elbow not feeling great. I've had worse though. Elbows flaring out a bit too much on the bench. Otherwise good. Feeling like I'm in a good groove with training again. Hope it lasts a while

    Chins: BWx5x8 = 40 reps

    Back to traditional volume/intensity split for the Squat. Bar speed was pretty slow Friday and I was pretty zapped physically all weekend. I think further LP grinding would be ill advised at this point. Time to finish 2020 Strong

    Was really happy to have a seamless switch to Intermediate on the Squat without any quad issues. Feeling really good about training(FINALLY) right now

    Lost focus on second rep and dropped the hips a bit too much. Felt the bar grind on my shins just a bit too much. Glad the reps moved well though

    Squat felt great and moved well. Bench had to go higher than planned as well. Will just hit two more heavy 5's for the Squat over the next two weeks before taking a week off. Will run out doubles and singles on the other lifts. Feeling good
