Feeling good about these next two weeks. Will be good to get some numbers in the books that are at least in striking distance of old PR's.

Plugging along. Looking forward to some 1RMs next week. Seems like I'll do just as planned this cycle. Regain some much needed strength without aggravating the Quad or the Elbow too much. Not beat up or anything. All time PR's in 2021 finally feel realistic again

I'll take it. I had expected a little less in the Press and a little more in the DL but whatever. I didn't do any sort of peaking/tapering and this was not a cycle to go all out. Just regain some lost strength and hopefully avoid setbacks. Friday will just be one more 5lb jump in the Squat and see what happens in the Bench. Then one week off. Then right back at it
