    Shoulder area does not feel great after the bench fail. Hopefully it won't persist

    Decided at the last minute to take a reset on the Squat. First, I was too ambitious this cycle and have already had to reset the Bench. Second - I have a wedding in NY first week of August so it made sense to time all the lifts to hit 1RMs the week before that. I wasn't going to make it 9 more weeks of adding weight to the Squat in one piece. I think it would have just been too much stress. Feels like the right move

    Was 109 degrees in the garage today. To be honest it wasn't that bad. I've felt way worse in 78 degrees and humid in NYC
