This is the best I've felt physically after a training cycle in a long while. So its something to build off of later this year and into next and then I'll hopefully be back to some more respectable weights. Since I'm moving again in a month, that will disrupt life yet again. Will probably try to cut some weight the next 10 weeks then look to finish the year strong Mid August - Mid December.
