    Probably the first time I've ever switched to triples and went back to 5's. Used a different bench with "very uncalibrated plates." Who knows what this actual weight was!

    Felt like messing around and getting my heart rate up a bit since this place has a nice outside area. Think I'll finish day 2 workouts like this for a while. Should not affect gainz as I'm taking an extra day between day 2 and day 3 anyway
