Cool thanks for the info. I'm over mine as well but I'll make a note for the next time!

    Chins: BWx5, [25, 45, 55] x3

Quad still feels weird. Maybe this is just my "new normal" though? Feeling a little pinch in the right pec area. Hopefully neither of these things will materialize into anything bothersome

Realized I'm inevitably going to forget to log some of my workouts here until I'm back to real training. Which is fine because they are so uninteresting.

    5/20/20 - 13min run

    5/24/20

    96 pushups
    30 pullups/chins
10 stepups, lateral lunges, rev lunges, and bw squats

Will just look to increase pushups/chins/pullups as time goes on and just keep the lower body stuff in for movement's sake. Ideally would like to be able to jog for 30mins at whatever pace. Will see if I can make it there before I can revisit the barbell. I'm down to 211lbs. As a general plan it would be nice to get as much fat off as possible(maybe get down to 200-ish) and then put back on 20-25lbs over time with as little fat as possible for however long it takes me to exhaust my genetic potential for strength barring injury.
