I've decided 3 months is about the max time I can handle not lifting weights. Back to the barbell Friday. I have been happy with what has taken place over the past few months though. Bodyweight is down to 198. "Strength day" finished with 25 pullups, 25 chinups, 150 pushups. "Speed day" was 6 sprints(maybe ~70yds?). "Endurance day" was a 24min run. Not sure how far or how fast, just how long. It feels good to train like an athlete again. I'll definitely consider future breaks from the barbell to switch gears like this. But I'm feeling my joints a bit and my back is tweaky so its definitely time to get strong again. Its going to be humbling

    7/24/20

    Squat: [95, 115, 135] x5

    Press: [65, 85, 95, 95] x5

    Deadlift: [95, 135, 165] x5

    7/27/20

    Squat: 145x5x2

    Bench: 135x5x3

    Chins: BWx6x4

Starting out super light but both of these workouts made me sore. So the weights were probably right. And now I'm sick(just a cold not the Rona) so may have to skip tomorrow. Either way it feels good to be lifting again. Already starving so will probably break down and add more calories
