Again I find myself in no man's land with the quad. I can feel it talking to me but its not like its strained in a way like when I had to rehab it with the Leg Press at Blink. If it doesn't feel normal again after the next couple sessions of 5lb increases I guess I'll just do another reset. Really I'm just buying time until my life is a little more settled and I can plan to have a good stretch of training. Then I'm fine to push things a little more and deal with the consequences.
Also, getting used to wooden benches is going to take a while
