Squat: 245x5x4
Bench: 202.5x5x5
Chins: BWx5x8 = 40 reps
Back to traditional volume/intensity split for the Squat. Bar speed was pretty slow Friday and I was pretty zapped physically all weekend. I think further LP grinding would be ill advised at this point. Time to finish 2020 Strong
