Overextending lumbar in the Squat. Will fix that for next week. Bench moved better than expected. Gonna start working in a little extra activity. Mini jogs, light prowler, and more aggressive hiking. Hoping to not have it affect recovery very much

Squeeze slipping a bit on last 2 reps and dropping hips. Will remedy. Happy with how it moved though considering I had a rather aggressive hike yesterday
