    Bench: 240x5

    was surprised to get 5 here. was slow though. triples next week.

    BB Curl: 85x10x3
    Pushups: BWx10x8 = 80 reps
    Jog: 5x

    Feeling good. Going to do a pretty aggressive hike tomorrow

    Ate extra cals yesterday and also slept 11hrs last night so I guess that's why I didn't have to switch to doubles yet

    Needed to decrease Squat volume as I was feeling really crushed by it the last few weeks.
