    Thanks for posting that video, Ryan. That press looked great, just like I feel when I press. But I'm getting stuck at my typical point (132.5-135lbs) and this reminded me that I definitely need to video my press and see where I'm leaking.

    I hear ya. I get lazy with vids too and have to remind myself they are necessary at certain junctures

    Got 4 here. This is my first time failing without a spotter in a long while, possibly ever. Its fine. I think it was reasonable to try one more week of 5reps considering how last week went. Will do a small reset next week
