This was a good day considering how crappy I've felt the last 2 weeks up to and including today. Stayed conservative on the Squat as to avoid any quad setbacks, and the speed was good so I'm encouraged about getting back to 405 by the end of the year. Bench was a nice surprise as I was not expecting much without a spotter here. But it also moved rather fast. Will get 3 full days of rest and hopefully finish strong with PR and DL next Tuesday
