Monday 9/20/21 - Black Mountain Strength
Squat: [65, 85, 105, 125] x5
Bench: 220x5, 195x5x2
Chins: BWx5x9 = 45 reps
Pulled my hamstring doing sprints Saturday. Seems relatively minor. No bruising. So just some light work to get the healing process going

Was hoping DL would feel better but its still pretty tight so didn't push it. Maybe should have been doing STARR protocol for this

Decent improvement in how the hamstring feels. Should be able to ramp up much quicker on lower body lifts now

Hammy slowly getting better. Doc P says it may be a few more weeks till 100% so will just continue to add weight slowly
