    Ryan - how is that layout going to look? M-W-F-Su--T-Th-Sa-M...?

    I (54M) am liking the 4-Day split programming, using the template in Barbell Prescription (MT-ThF--). It has been going good, but I'm only midway through my third cycle of this program and my being a bit greedy with my intensity jumps each week might be catching up to me. I know the fix for that, which I will implement, but am curious about how you're looking at it.

    Exactly. I found a few years back I could not recover from training back to back days so going to try this adjustment
