Well this training cycle really fizzled out. Was hoping to get 180 for doubles in the Press today but it just wasn't there. Since all the lifts are in the shitter I'll just call it here. Gonna take a week off then start up with some Conjugate style programming. I've been doing mostly the same movements for the better part of 8 years and I think some variety is in order
