I'm ditching the Globo Gym. And also going back to regular SS style programming. Conjugate stuff just doesn't work for me. I'm glad I experimented though.
Squat: [135, 185, 215, 235, 255] x3

I discovered today that my Squat is very asymmetrical. The bar sits unevenly on my back, leans lower on the left side, and also forward on the left side. This is due to many years as a baseball pitcher. Going to try the Paul Horn stretches to see if I can loosen up the shoulders some

Experimenting here trying to get my bar position asymmetry figured out, which I think I did. I had to consciously crank my left elbow up while trying to hold my right elbow down. This seemed to get the bar to about 90% symmetrical as viewed from the back. Next step will be to figure out if its still coming forward more on the left side.

Bar position looking relatively straight as viewed from the back. The bar still comes forward on the left side but I'm not sure there is much I can do to fix that at this point. Did the Horn stretches a few times so that may help a little. Knee position is better than it was as well
