Feels weird to have to press with less force since this is relatively light weight and time the second layback.
Bench 300x5, 305x3 — was supposed to do 305x3x5, but right shoulder felt weird

3/14 — long week of feeling under the weather. Maybe its COVID19, or stress, or allergies, or lack of sleep. I had to manpon my bloody nose for every squat workset. It was leaking pretty bad today.
BW 232 today. Down about 8 lbs since 2 weeks ago
