    Fell off the wagon with my log keeping during a deload, but I’ll sum it up:

    Lightened up the squats to practice timing of the knees. Also lightened the press to practice a better hip movement with tightly locked knees.

    Latest lifts:

    Press 170x5x3 and a bunch of warmup sets
