    2/27: lots of time for bro shit today

    Front squat 315x5x3 — felt like shit. Right hand hurts, elbows hurt. Went california style for the last set and my biceps cramped up. Weird.

    Bench 300x5x3 — PR, not too hard

    LTEs 75x12x3 — easy. I don’t really train these. Starting point.

    Cable rope pressdowns 60lbs + reverse grip easy bar pressdowns 45lbs supersetted. Bro shit. 12x3

    Reverse hypers 35x12x3 — doing these on a GHD with plates on a dip belt

    Body weight: 238

    Rack pulls 460 x5,x4. 405x10

    Was scheduled to do 460x6x2, but something just didn’t feel right. Called on audible and finished with 405x10

    Chins bw 8x3

    Dip belt was occupied.

    Going to BJJ in an hour. Hope I don’t end up sparring because I’m already fucking smoked. Long day

    Squat 365x5x3

    Still working on fixing my knee slide so i regressed to 365 for a 5x3. I imagined cutting my depth short a half inch and I believe I stayed much tighter in the hole.

    Press 185x2

    Was going to do a few doubles at 195, but the back of my left shoulder cramped up. Must have done something at BJJ last night.

    Db bench 110s 10x2

    Reverse cable flys to try and unfuck my shoulder 17lbs 15x3

    Db lateral raise 25lbs 15x3

    3/2 — was going to take a rest day, but the GF is on prep for her first pro show and she talked me into working out for a bit.

    CDL 435x2 — was going to attempt 455x5, but my last warmup set felt like shit and I need to go train BJJ later. So essentially i bitched out.

    3/3 — terrible sleep, achey back from BJJ.

    Paused squat 335 5x2 — best my squat has ever felt.

    Press 185x4x2 — kept losing abs on the 4th rep

    Bench press 225x19 — not as strong as a punter at the NFL combines.

    3/7 — dog tired

    Squat 375x5x3
    Incline bench 215x8x3
    Random chesticle stuff not worth mentioning
    Snatch 95x3x5 — easing back into these, felt the right shoulder (old injury, probably labrum) on the empty bar set, but otherwise fine.
