Thanks Bill. I need two more 45's since I only have 10 more pounds that I can load...

    8-18-2023 Friday

    Bench...2 board
    090-4...19"
    130-3
    160-2
    180-2
    200-1
    210-1
    180-3
    180-3...17"

    Pulldown
    075-5
    085-5

Trimming limbs late yesterday with the long pole and rope setup has made my shoulders sore but I lifted anyway. I tried a board block that just arrived today and there is a learning curve to it but by the last set I think I had it down as I felt good for a couple more reps. The pulldowns were more to stretch than anything as the shoulders were not having it by then.

    090-4...21" grip
    130-3

    Pulls
    130-4
    180-3
    220-3

Today is a good day even with a small back tweak poking me every now and then. The 300 tested my hook grip pretty good. Thumbs looked flat after lol.

Outstanding Pull, Fred! That's the way to get that back work in if the Squat isn't going to let you.

Smart to know when to quit . One of my biggest mistakes was at least 30 years ago when I felt a bad pain on a sqt and continued the WO. Took me months to get better.

Thanks Jerry. One of these days I will get a belt for squats and give that a try. I just don't want to plop down almost a hundred on a good belt only to find I don't like or cannot do belt squats. I did that with the incline bench which is just taking up space now. I like my old homemade bench so much better.

That sure is a nice pull. Good to hear it didn't bother your back.
