    Hopefully that will help. I have had to learn since restarting lifting as an old man that I simply cannot do some things that others even older than me can do without problems. Deadlift height is one of them. So I will do what I can and not worry about it.

    Totally off day. Overall I did 4 or 5 less sets than planned. The shoulder and my lower back hurt after this.
