    weight 200

    Bench
    040-5
    080-4
    120-4
    160-2
    180-1
    192-3

    Trap bar deadlift
    135-3
    185-3
    205-3
    185-3

The trap bar is new to me. I felt no pain in the low back using it.

Just a note in case anyone even notices is that my regular bar is 40 pounds. It is a "shorty" that I bought to have enough space in my small lifting area. The new trap bar is supposed to be 45 pounds vs the 40 pound regular bar I have.

    Thanks Jerry!

By last night I was already wanting to lift with it again and my back felt fine. I am looking forward to using it regularly.

Thanks Shug. I did not take your recommendation lightly. I like the positioning a lot compared to having the weight out in front of the leg and having to go around the knee as with a regular bar deadlift which is where the old injury would rear it's ugly head. Once I tried pulls from the kneecap and felt no pain but then tried to work the height back down and the pain showed up in the starting position the light bulb finally went off. I will probably not attempt any more regular deads from below the knees.
