    I suffered no doms from squats and rack pulls Thursday but todays top set of pulls were very hard. I either did not recover from Thursday or just an off day. I did miss a bit of sleep between wo's.

    I belive your spot on there two heavy pulls the same week, tuff doing.

    I think it was the fact that I did two lifts that use the back on the same day and then only two days rest and that did not help. I will have to rotate lifts somehow.

    I'm doing fine but the wife cannot handle this cold weather and it's just going to get colder. She likes the summer more.

    Fred, try to pull with less frequence, maybe once a week, for a while, for the hell of it. Just thinking, I know how awful the pulls can be. I think your doing fine.

    That's a thought. I just may not have enough time between them as they got heavier. I can add squats back on the other day. It's worth a try thanks!
