I know since I retired and got older too a day of physical work does take its toll on my body much more. When I worked as a mechanic I would work all day and still go lift that night. No the way it goes today.

    2-4-21 Thursday

    Bench
    .bar-5
    ..70-5
    120-5
    145-3
    165-3
    170-3

A better day especially after moving, loading and unloading 3 reclining couch's last evening.
Those things weight a frigging ton.

Do any of you wear elbow sleeves or wraps? I know some of you have said that you use knee wraps.

I do use knee sleeves, not really tight enough to give a boost, but do keep the knees warm.
As for moving furniture, I find using moving straps make the job easier.

On the wraps I looking for support and warmth in the elbow area.

Our biggest problem with the furniture was they had to be lifted and tilted to go through doors and even then just squeezed through.

I use light/thin knee sleeves on squat and DL mostly for warmth and a little support. For elbows only when they starts to bother me with inflaming tendencies.

Any particular brands worth mentioning? Or does it matter?

    I have Mark Bells brand.
The movers straps do help you keep the furniture in front of you so your arms fit through the doorways.
