Plus 5 lb. on squats. Nothing else at the moment as I am heading out to get sheetrock. It's beautiful right now. Sun is out, birds are singing as I type and every thing is blooming. Very pretty but I know it's coming...pollen. Y'all take care.

I managed to avoid an interruption until 205 and then it was over. Still got a PR as it's been a minute since I did a set with 205 to depth. I am targeting two plates for sets of 3. I lost my concentration for my second set today after the interruption.
