Thanks Lars. A * or ** is just denoting a PR. This is my main log and these notes remind me of that. I do need to keep my paper notebook updated better as who knows this could all go to shit.
The 22" means that all the following sets used that grip width until the last set done with a 17" close grip.
The block pulls are really fun. I have only done them 3 times so I am just getting started. They do help break up the monotony since I rotate them with pulls from the floor every other week.
