    The first squat set at 220 two reps possible? Maybe. My shoulders didn't want to do the bench press. Still a good day.

    Not looking forward to the upcoming winter weather. We are already cold enough and don't need power outages.

    My heart goes out to those folks out west whose homes are burnt up. Terrible!

    I sure has been cold here for the last week. I guess every area has some weather and social related risks. Floods, fires hurricanes and toranadoes to street crime. I guess we pick our poison when we choose a place to live.
