I have detrained so much on the pulls my hands struggle to hold even 255. I'm gonna have to start lower I guess.

My problem is that I have slacked off pulls and normal work and now the skin on my hands isn't toughed up anymore. I think the grip strength is still there. It's just painfull....wah wah!

Interesting read. I don't think my grip strength has changed much. The skin of my palm at the calluses has gotten painfull like it has softened up. I just need to do some regular pulls again.
