I've worked the hanging into the arc/press I got from Rip's shoulder surgery rehab movement.
I'm impressed so far. Worth checking out for sure.

Squat strength down again...why? I spent Tues squatted down outside working on water leak. Legs very sore next two days. Sux being old.
