    Well there only partials, about 9" rom. I start from the low position on the safety bars and stand up . Next time I will try unracking from the j hooks and stepping back.

    Partial or not you are still handling good weights to ensure good bone mass and strong joints. Us old guys need all of that we can get.

    Felt fine after Mondays pulls. My unplanned "active rest" Tuesday--privacy fence work. That coupled with other B.S. equaled back fatigue last couple days. Today ok
