    All were pretty much to depth or deeper but I find it difficult to keep my knees from coming in like I used to squat. Old habits die hard I guess. Anyway heavier than any squats for the last 25 plus years so I guess that's something.

    *3x3 set max pr at 185. Did a 4th rep just because..



    12-20-20 Sunday

    Squat

    2x3 rep pr at 170. Last set at 170 was getting too loose to try for the planned 3x3@170 so I dropped down to 90 percent for more total load. Squats are moving slowly as far as progression but still finally closing in on the bench 3x3 max. As long as I progress steadily I can live with the weights going up slowly. The older you are the more time the body needs to adapt as most of you know and that's why I moved to a one on and three off schedule.
