    I already have 6 lift days laid out on the calendar and plan to continue some mild cardio on the treadmill. The incision in the groin is mainly what prevents more activity for a while. I will find out more about activity levels when I talk with them again.

    Thanks guys! You never know for sure what is in store but it would be great if my heart improves as much as it did after the last ablation. Then I can once again push the activity levels. It seems that my heart wiring is always the issue. Now what causes that...?
